The competition level was elevated Saturday for the Arkansas State University cross country teams at the 27th Annual Chile Pepper Cross Country Festival meet in Fayetteville, Ark., and the Red Wolves responded to the challenge as the women's team recorded a 10th-place performance and the men's squad achieved sixth-place honors.
