CONWAY, Ark. The University of Central Arkansas men's and women's cross country teams return to the course for the second time this season for the John McNichols Invitational hosted by Indiana State on Saturday. The LaVern Gibson Championship Cross Country Course will be the site of the 2019 NCAA Championships and UCA has the opportunity to run the course prior to the championships.
